Work Crew is Camp Kawkawa’s signature leadership program designed for youth ages 13 and up. It’s the perfect place for energetic, servant-hearted young people to grow while discovering what it takes to keep camp running smoothly behind the scenes. From dishwashing and housekeeping to landscaping and maintenance, you’ll be part of the team that makes camp happen—while having a blast along the way!

This popular program has space for just 14 participants each week (7 girls and 7 guys). You’re welcome to register for multiple weeks, with opportunities for evaluation and growth at the end of each week.
